This place is in a fantastic location, close to many wonderful restaurants and in a lively neighborhood.

Kampong glam was within walking distance. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Piedra Negra that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

We loved the fantastic location and the beautiful surroundings, the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, so we would absolutely come back and book here again.

The hotel is situated in the very central location very close to the Mosque. Plus, it's in Bugis district, very close to bars, restaurants and the sounds of live music, multiple MRT stations and the Chinese restaurant...

The breakfast at the newly renovated restaurant was delicious, and the location here is super convenient for getting around with public transport or a taxi.

the room was newly remodelled and neat with a balcony - we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The unit was spotless, extremely spacious, and had a great view, plus the dinner and breakfast were delicious.

The Park Royal is probably typical of many city centre hotels in that it’s rooms are small although equipped with the usual amenities and once away from the entrance lobby the decoration is all rather bland.

We tried the Café – supposedly open till ‘the small hours’ but closed just after our arrival at 9.30 – service was dire with attention just as we were about to walk out both on ordering and serving, although when the food did arrive it was ok. The following night we aimed for the Restaurant but the ‘Meet & Seat’ receptionist just walked away as we approached ! Fortunately there are plenty of other places to eat in town. In summary – the accommodation is mediocre, food service abysmal, staff mostly indifferent – would stay somewhere else next time.

Magnificent location, next door to Arab Street. Just off the airport, Singapore, and restaurants and transport. Neat and soundproof rooms available with a simple balloons, a nice view, for instance. The breakfasts at the new renovated Ginger.

The hotel is an excellent base for a staycation. the breakfast is served in the club. - the location is marvelous. - the staff is amazingly nice from check-in to check-out. - We have stayed here before and would definitely come back.

I like the wide variety of food in the breakfast buffet.

The hotel was not thoroughly cleaned and some furniture will need re-upholstering because it already shows its age and it's not nice to look at
